Friday 24th June – Big Toddle
We will be raising funds for Barnados again this year; we are planning to do a Mini obstacle course in Fancy dress (optional) - Safari / animal Theme. Location- Sawley Infants School, Wilmot St, Sawley, Time – 09:30 / 10:00 ish TBC. Cost 50p per child to cover drinks / snacks – Please advise if you would like to join us so we can order you a pack (Sponsor form, stickers, and medal)
Wednesday 27th July – Sports Day
Meet on Field next to car park by Leisure Centre at 10:30. Cost £2 per child, to cover snack / Drinks / stickers / medal - . Remaining monies after any costs go into group funds.
Thursday 4th August – Coach trip to Cleethorpes
We are doing our Seaside trip once again, those who have been before am sure will agree this is an exhausting but great day out. The coach will pick up from Sawley at 09:00 Hrs and then onto various points through Long Eaton, depending who is joining us. We will be leaving Cleethorpes at 16:00 Hrs. It normally takes about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. The Coach is staying with us so we can fasten our own car seats on and leave them on for the return journey. Cost is £5 per coach seat.
Monday 8th August – Amerton Farm
Free for activities / shows, usually have Punch and Judy, Big Sand Pit. Picnic field with some benches. Costs for Fair Ground rides and admission to Play Barn and Animal Sanctuary.
Tuesday 30th August – Nature Hunt at Elvaston Castle
Bring own Picnic. Nature Hunt / Scavengers hunt. Meet 10:30 in car park. Cost £1 per Child plus car park cost. Remaining monies after any costs go into group funds.
Thursday 1st September - The Monkey Park, Nr Trent ham Gardens
Costs. Adult £6, Child 3yrs + £4, children under 3 years old are free. Either meet there at around 10:00 or if lifts are needed let me have numbers so can try to sort out travel arrangements / travel by convoy etc.
