1. Welcome to Emma, Kay and Sarah new member to the group.

2. Lots of toys and equipment are available within the group for loan. Ask Angie for details.

3. Details of a NVQ Level 3 course are available from Donna.

4. October half term - Tuesday 28th October. Plank and Leggit Halloween Party - 10am - Fancy Dress Optional - Buffet. Cost approximately £3 per child. Numbers to Donna by October 20th Please.

5. Toddler Christmas Party. Donna requested ideas for a venue. Becky suggested West Park Leisure Centre, Donna asked if anyone would be prepared to organise this. No Takers! Donna will organise and investigate prices. Linda offered to rink West Park. Trying to organise for the week beginning December 1st..

6. Christmas Outing - Friday December 12th. Deposit of £10 (non refundable) had to be paid by 29th September 2008. Balance of £11.95 to be paid by 11th October 2008.

7. New members were informed that they are able to have a personal profile put on to the Peace Of Mind website. Profiles are to be given to Donna or Sandra.

8. Ofsted will now inspect at any time, not necessarily after 3 years. Be prepared.

9. Marie has located a completed S.E Form on the internet which could be used for reference purposes. The group will purchase this for reference purposes only.
