Donna gave details of the new committee to take effect from 1st April 2010.  Thank you to everyone for volunteering.

Donna thanked everyone on the old commitee and very kindly gave us all VERY APPROPRIATE gifts.

Donna has been in touch with Felix Coaches, she is trying to organise a trip on Thursday 15th April.  When she has details of price, destination etc she will text members for numbers.  If Donna does no have your mobile number please let her have it ASAP as she could have these details very soon.

Fees are to be increased to £3 per month (£30 if paid annually in advance).  This will take effect from next month, a vote was taken on this motion and carried unanimously.
