Hello my name is Julie Stanton, I am an Ofsted registered childminder and also a member of the Peace Of Mind Childminders Group.

Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to read this.

I am a friendly, fun, happy and natural person who is very active.

I have over 15 years experience in a variety of childcare settings from nurseries, playgroups, creches and nannying.

I have worked towards NVQ level 2 and I am currently obtaining my NVQ level3. I also have all the relevant Ofsted requirements for a childminder i.e First Aid, Food and Hygiene, Birth to Three matters, Child Protection and Equal Opportunities.

I am frequently updating on other courses and I am happy to do extra courses at any parents request.

I offer a large variety of activities and experiences such as outings to farms, zoos, country park, play centres, museums and picnics where we feed the ducks at smaller local parks.

Indoors I offer activities including creative, play dough, painting and baking. I adapt all activities to suit all ages.

I provide before and after school care and holiday childcare.

The schools I drop off and pick up from are Brooklands and St Lawrence.

I celebrate all festivals appropriate to the children in my care and others if requested for older children to help with their understanding.

I only care for a small number of children allowing us to do more and go to more places of fun and interest.

This also allows me to spend more time with the children on an individual basis and help develop their independence and individual needs.
