I am a newly registered childminder in Long Eaton and am very excited to be working with children again.

In the mid 1990’s I owned a nursery school in Hereford and from there I continued working with children in schools in various different ways from being a parent helper to dinner lady and school cook.

I have my own three children. 2 are older teenagers and only my 10 year old daughter lives with me now. We have always done fun things such as visits and walks in local parks and nature reserves, train trips to Matlock Baths, making craft things, baking and playing together and all children in my care will be involved in the same warm, safe and fun environment I try to maintain.

We have only recently moved to Long Eaton from Sandiacre and I am currently renovating my garden to make it safe and fun for children to play in, but in the meantime we have a park just around the corner to visit and let off steam.

I provide childcare from Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm. My rate is £3.50 per hour with reductions for 8+ hours a day, 30 + hours per week or more than one child per family. As my daughter is old enough to take herself to school I am no longer tied to a school and can take children to Dovedale, The Grange, Brooklands, St Laurence or further afield if required.
