Minutes From January 2011 Meeting
- Hope you all had a good christmas and New year.
- You should have all had a letter off Sharon Dickinson (Development officer) about the network meetings at the Grange Surestart room. If you want to attend the puppet training in February you must phone her asap and let her know you're interested. If you would like to use the room on any other Wednesday let Marie know as she holds the diary.
-Amanda Young and Pam are looking into a group visit to attenborough in the Feb half term. It will probably be on the Weds and unfortunately will not be open to 'pushchairs' If you are interested then you can contact either of them.
-Debbie brought along a dvd of photos taken of all the children at the christmas party, including some of the children with santa. If you are interested in having a look contact Dot and then the dvds are on sale for £5 each (£4 to the group and £1 for the cost).
-Not wanting to scare you all off, but there will be a list circulated at the Feb meeting for people to volunteer for the various committee positions for the next year (beginning April). We would love some new faces on the committee, the roles at present are Chair, vice chair, treasurer, Minutes/website, recycling, stationary and various vacanciessecretaries.
Next Meeting
Next meeting will be at Michelle Nobles house on Tues 1st Feb.
Michelle is now hosting virgin v parties and will be doing a party for us after the meeting at her house for those of us that want to stay. I've seen the catalogue and it seems like really lovely stuff. Meeting to start at 7pm.
