Minutes From February 2011 Meeting
-Thanks to Michelle for the use of her home.
--Sharon Dickinson has had to postpone the puppet training planned for the Grange on 16th Feb. It will now be held on the 30th March. Please call her if you are interested in attending
--Welcome to new member Louise Mason who is a childminder in Sandiace
--Donna has had an alert from the police informing us that a man was caught 'exposing' himself next to the canal recently and to be extra vigilant.
--Marie offered out all the positions for next years committee:- Chair, Vice Chair, Vacancies Secretary (+3 local secretaries), Web contact and Minutes, Morton Michel Stationary contact, NCMA Stationary contact, Recycling centre contact and Treasurer.
--Marie has had interest in all the above posts but if you would like to stand then please let Marie know and come along to the next meeting when we will vote on any positions which has more than one person wanting to do it.
--Please can all late subs be paid to Wendy ASAP. If you haven't paid for six months and not been in touch with any of the committee members you will automatically be removed from the group.
--Marie will be printing off copies of the members details after the next meeting to give out. Please can all members make sure that she has up to date contact details. The list is only made available to other members.

-Next meeting is at Nicola Mains house on Tues 1st March at 7pm. Children are welcome.
-Michelle is now hosting virgin v parties and will be doing a party for us after the meeting at her house for those of us that want to stay. I've seen the catalogue and it seems like really lovely stuff. Meeting to start at 7pm.
