Minutes From December 2010 Meeting
Minutes of meeting 8th Dec held at the Zingari Club
1. Sharon Dickinson our new Childcare Improvement Officer attended and introduced herself to the group.
2. We have decided to ask her to put on some puppet training for us as part of the network in the new year. Any other ideas for training then please let Marie or Sharon know. Marie has her phone number if anyone wants it.
3. Group party/meeting up at the plank and leggit on weds 22nd Dec, 9.30-12pm. Text donna with numbers if you want to attend (price to be confirmed)
4. Is anyone available to represent the local childminders at a meeting at the family centre on thurs 20th Jan in the morning and no children to attend?
If so please contact Marie or Debbie Russell
5. We now have the use of the Grange Surestart room on Weds from 9-3 term time only. This replaces the Monday session. Marie holds the Diary so please book in with her. Maximum 4 minders at a time
6. Congratulations to Michelle on the birth of her baby Lewis - the group have sent her a card and present
7. Welcome to Natalie, new member who has just become registered.
8. Any one interested in organising a feb half term trip please say.......Amanda and Pam said they may do it.
9. Please can all members make sure that they return any calls regarding enquiries and that if they are full that they pass on the vacancies secretaries details.
10. A reminder that if you have not paid for 6 months you will automatically be removed from the group unless you cantact Marie or Donna. We will not be chasing payment.
